coronation cermony, while a revered world leader buys his ranch. T.T

i have been spending days with the band boys, practicing malays songs, for the big day, the coronation day. It had been fruitful. Their performance was averagely passable, but their reaction towards impromptu playing of not-so-familiar pices, their bravery, was encouraging, though it was mainly owing to the excitement that rippled through the crowd intermittently. Like I said, impressively remarkable for the Sec 1 juniors to play so fast, especially clarinet and tenor saxophone players. The overall performance, however, was not so pleasing. The standard, the quality of the music tone, tune, and strength of the band, declined. Not even a third of the last year's performance, let alone the previous years. Yet, there are rooms for improvements, as always.

somethIng worth celebrating for Johoreans.

Aisa=Elsa?

while we were celebrating, our neighbours cried and grieved for their great loss

No number of half mast flags can do justice for the great leader that will be forever etched into our hearts.

Because of him, Singaporeans today are enjoying a developed and modern society, an advanced world trade centre in the Asean, that's the envy of all nations, even the economical strong ones.

Rest in peace, Sir! You had built up Singapore as an economic powerhouse, and just like you had said, you got back an advanced nation in exchange of your entire life. Your efforts had paid off, and would continue to augur well as a telling example for the following generations.

... ... ... ...

He was infinitely far-sighted in his thought. His penetrating insights.
His sharp analysis.
His death, wasnt merely a loss to his family, or to his nation,
but the WORLD.
He is the world statesman of the first rank.
